Jason Robertson was born July 22, 1999 and is a left winger for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League. The Stars selected him 39th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. Robertson was drafted 39th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft by the Dallas Stars. On May 3, 2018, he signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Stars. On February 13, 2020, Robertson was called up to the Stars and made his NHL debut that night against the Toronto Maple Leafs, picking up an assist in the game. On April 15, 2021, Robertson became the fastest player in Dallas Stars history to record 30 points in his rookie season. After the 2020–21 season Robertson was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team and placed second for the Calder Memorial Trophy. On March 4, 2022, Robertson scored his first career hat trick in his 100th career game, for an overtime win against the Winnipeg Jets. On March 6, he got his second career hat trick, becoming the first player in Dallas Stars history, and the second in Stars franchise history, to get hat tricks in back-to-back games.
